Position: EVENT PLANNING MANAGER

About: Join the Grand Hyatt Seattle as an Event Planning Manager, where you will bring group events to life and act as the liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff, ensuring the smooth execution of all events. This position focuses on servicing Sales bookings and includes responsibilities like administering the Sales agreement, managing room blocks, and overseeing billing instructions.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience preferred; must be proficient in general computer knowledge; candidates should be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills
