Position: Event Parking Attendant – Blue Arena
About: BEST Crowd Management, located at Blue Arena (formerly Budweiser Events Center), is seeking dedicated Event Staff/Security to join their team. As an Event Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth traffic flow and providing excellent customer service to event attendees.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years old; Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education is preferred); Previous experience in parking management, customer service, or a related field is advantageous; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure; Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules; Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to remain calm and professional in challenging situations; Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods; Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
