Position: Event & Outreach Coordinator
About: Join GCI Residential, a prominent real estate development and management firm, as an Event & Outreach Coordinator at the Legacy Patriots Point residential apartment community in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing residents’ living experience through events and support services.
Requirements: Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; strong knowledge of Charleston’s amenities; organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work collaboratively and independently; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and internet use; strong work ethic and ‘whatever it takes’ attitude; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurance required; minimum of 40 hours per week; regular attendance mandatory
