Position: Event & Outreach Coordinator
About: Join GCI Residential, a prominent real estate development and management firm, as an Event & Outreach Coordinator at Legacy Patriots Point residential apartment community in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This role involves coordinating resident events, overseeing the resident experience initiatives, assisting with leasing, and providing administrative support to ensure a top-notch living experience for residents.
Requirements: Experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred; Strong knowledge of the available amenities in Charleston; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven computer skills (MS Office and internet); Strong work ethic and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude; High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurance required; Minimum of 40 hours required; Regular attendance is mandatory
