Position: Event Operations Planner – Boston
About: CJP, also known as The Jewish Federations of North America, is a philanthropic investor and mobilizer supporting the Greater Boston Jewish community with a global impact. They focus on making Jewish life and learning accessible to individuals and families locally and beyond, investing in community care and well-being, and providing stability to nonprofit organizations. CJP is seeking an Event Operations Planner to contribute to the planning and execution of impactful events in a collaborative environment.
Requirements: 3-5 years of professional experience in event planning and project management in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment; experience in project management and event planning/operations, preferably in a non-profit setting; excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases; ability to manage multiple projects effectively, pay attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to changing priorities; familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus; must have a driver’s license, access to a car, and be willing to drive to events
