Position: Event Operations Manager
About: Pilot Project Brewing Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Event Manager to lead corporate, wedding, and social events, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and successful event execution. The role involves coordinating various aspects of events and collaborating with vendors to create memorable and successful occasions. The Event Manager will also be responsible for managing staff and overseeing event logistics to deliver high-quality experiences in line with Pilot Project’s mission and brand concepts.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience managing events; exceptional oral and written communication; strong organizational and planning skills; multitasking ability; computer skills; basic accounting skills; knowledge of risk management; good networking skills; ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including nights, weekends, and events booked
