Position: Event Operations Field Coordinator
About: This position is for a Field Coordinator within the Event Support team, responsible for processing event requests and ensuring accurate setup and coordination for university events. The role involves onsite event management, checking setups for accuracy, problem-solving, and complying with safety regulations and university policies.
Requirements: Associates Degree; 2 years of experience in organizing events, customer service, and computer/tech savvy; ability to lift 50 lbs
Benefits: 6 months Contract, $22/hr pay rate, Onsite work with potential for 1 day remote, Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30am-5:00pm, Experience with Google suite (Gmail/Google Drive), Excel, database entry
