Position: Event Operations Coordinator

About: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to manage all aspects of event execution and guest experience at a high-growth event tech startup. The role involves serving as the central point of communication between clients, vendors, internal teams, and guests to ensure seamless coordination and execution of high-quality events. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, excels in client relations, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred; minimum of two years of experience in event operations, hospitality, or a similar role; strong communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail; experience working with event management software and guest management tools; tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new technologies; a technology-forward thinker with experience optimizing event processes through digital tools and automation; ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected challenges during events
