Position: Event Operations Coordinator
About: Informa is a global business under the Informa network with a presence in over 30 countries, belonging to the FTSE 100. Operating around 800 events annually, they focus on creating digital platforms, professional development programs, and delivering engaging news and information content.
Requirements: An understanding of successfully delivering hybrid and live event experiences is preferred; strong communication skills to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders; tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new technologies; detail-oriented, highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to utilize data for decision-making; adaptable to change and fast-paced environments; ambitious, influential, and attentive to detail; positive attitude and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
