Position: Event/Membership Coordinator

About: SNI Companies is seeking a temporary Membership/Event Coordinator to provide planning and execution of the organization’s membership initiatives and events. This position involves project management skills, database management, vendor and sponsor relations, fiscal awareness, marketing mindset, multitasking ability, adherence to deadlines, attention to detail, and excellent customer service focus.

Requirements: Three to five years of experience in event planning, member/customer service, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline preferred; certification in event planning or project management is a plus; proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills; creativity, problem-solving aptitude, and an eye for detail; previous experience in a customer service role; familiarity with member and customer relations databases; event marketing experience; familiarity with email marketing tools; experience dealing with event venues and vendors; competence with Microsoft suite of products, Excel.
