Position: Event Manager | Subaru Park
About: Oak View Group is seeking an Event Manager to oversee all aspects of events in stadiums, arenas, convention centers, and public assembly facilities. The role involves planning, supervising, and ensuring the smooth running of events, while maintaining high levels of customer and lessee satisfaction. The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000.
Requirements: Three to five (3-5) years of event management experience in a stadium, arena, convention center, or public assembly facility setting; Bachelor’s degree in facility management, hospitality management, business, or related field; strong communication skills, both oral and written; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Internet; valid driver’s license; knowledge of event operational characteristics, crowd management, and customer service practices; familiarity with supervision principles, scheduling, and employee training; experience in budget preparation and control; understanding of fire and public safety regulations; familiarity with A/V equipment and electronic systems in public assembly facilities; preferred experience with AutoCAD
