Position: Event Manager – Product Demonstration
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This role includes managing product preparation and presentation, training staff, and providing excellent service to Club members, with a focus on effective communication between various stakeholders.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; capable of coaching and counseling employees, taking appropriate corrective actions as needed; flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
