Position: Event Manager job
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. The position involves overseeing product preparation and presentation, providing training, and delivering excellent service to all Club members. Strong communication skills are required to liaise between warehouse managers, vendors, and in-store Product Demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco, offering top person-to-person marketing services in the industry.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; capable of coaching and counseling employees and taking appropriate measures as needed; flexibility and adeptness in working in a fast-paced environment
