About: NYC Facelift & Rhinoplasty Master Course is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of a premier educational event featuring live surgeries, cadaver dissections, and didactic lectures by elite surgeons in New York City.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred; proven experience in planning and executing medical or educational events; exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; strong negotiation and vendor management abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances; availability to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule
