About: The Salt Shed is a part of 16 On Center and is currently seeking a dedicated Salt Shed Administrator to support the venue’s talent buying operations, providing essential administrative functions and ensuring seamless event planning and execution in collaboration with various teams across departments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in the music industry is ideal; experience in a high performing administrative position and/or hospitality is highly valued; exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively; strong communication skills with internal teams, external vendors, and talent representatives; proficiency in booking software, calendars, file management systems, and basic accounting tools; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attend shows and events outside regular business hours
