Position: Event Manager job

About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is looking for an Event Manager to oversee the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. The role involves managing product preparation, training, and providing exceptional service to Club members, with a focus on effective communication between warehouse managers, vendors, and staff.

Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead high-performing teams; independent judgment; coaching and counseling abilities; flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
