Position: Event Manager job
About: ASM Global is looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join their team. This position involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and facility departments, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of events at the venue in Bossier City/Shreveport area. The ideal candidate will have a background in event planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in hospitality, business, or related field preferred; 1 to 2 years of event planning experience; working knowledge of event facility management; knowledge of Event Production, Stagehand labor, and AutoCAD; familiarity with the Bossier City/Shreveport area; experience in a supervisory role preferred
