Position: EVENT MANAGER job
About: A luxury hotel in need of a detail-oriented and customer-focused Event Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling events of high complexity and ensuring seamless turnover from sales to service, focusing on maximizing revenue through up-selling and enhancements for outstanding events.
Requirements: Ability to understand and execute Marriott Customer Service Standards and Brand Standards; Ability to collaborate with the hotel service team and provide exceptional customer service; Knowledge of contractual agreements, food and beverage trends, and event technology; Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Experience in event coordination or similar role preferred
