About: Champion Window & Door, a leading home improvement company, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Generation Manager to drive sales at malls, events, and shows within the assigned territory. The role involves researching, booking, and negotiating events for the team, as well as building, training, managing, and leading a dedicated team including Lead Manager, Event, Manufacturing, and Management roles.
