About: This position is for a hotel in need of a Sales Coordinator to execute written sales agreements for events, maintain communication between customers and internal departments, and maximize revenues while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum of two years of college-level courses in business or communications or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications preferred; minimum of two years of hotel experience preferred; proficiency in computer systems and software like Word, Excel, Delphi, and Outlook; ability to handle multiple operational demands with professionalism and time management skills
