Position: Event Manager job

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Relevant Certifications such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP); Minimum of five years of proven experience in planning and executing successful events, preferably within a non-profit or fundraising setting; Strong project management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in event management software, online registration platforms, and MS Office Suite; Strong budgeting and financial management skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; Knowledge of foster care issues and the non-profit sector is a plus
