Position: Event Manager job
About: Event Manager position at the University of San Francisco involves working directly with internal and external clients to manage and execute a variety of events and programs. The role requires interaction with colleagues, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event planning and execution, aligning with the university’s mission. The Event Manager reports to the Director of Event Management & Guest Services at the university’s Hilltop Campus.
Requirements: Associates Degree and a minimum of three years prior experience in event management related activities; must think strategically; must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines; prior experience in budget management and event planning; excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to work flexible schedule; proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, and other scheduling software; demonstrated excellent customer service skills
