Position: Event Manager job
About: The company is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of scheduled events, including planning, organizing, and coordinating assets and vendors. The role involves working in various environments such as warehouses and off-site locations, independently and collaboratively, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable to changes, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and be proficient in operating construction tools and equipment.
Requirements: Five (5) years or more of event production, management, and activation experience; detail-oriented with the ability to grasp complex concepts and make decisive decisions; strong planning, negotiating, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint); willingness to travel up to 60-90%; ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs; exceptional multitasking and time management skills; experience with inventory systems; ability to participate physically in the construction of event structures; regional proximity to Lebanon, TN warehouse
