Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in executing multiple events across cities; strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry for menu creation; excellent writing and interaction skills, especially with C-suite individuals; proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and graphic design tools like Canva; experience managing a team and working across time zones; calm under pressure, with a knack for multitasking and innovation; willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed; ready to travel locally in Florida and nationally to our offices
