The Ross Bridge events team scored a perfect 100% in guest satisfaction in 2024, powered by an exceptional sales team generating a wide variety of events and an operations team focused on executing every detail. The Event Manager’s role is to ensure each client’s vision becomes a reality. Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa is widely recognized as one of the finest resorts in the Birmingham area and all of central Alabama, affectionately known as “The Castle.” The resort has recently undergone a beautiful renovation, a pool expansion, and the onsite golf course is the fifth-longest in the world, attracting golfers from around the world. The event spaces include 18 event rooms, over 25,000 feet of space, and a capacity of over 1,000 in the largest room. The resort hosts weddings, corporate meetings, social events, and more.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in event management preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation; exceptional client relationship management skills; proficiency in revenue optimization and resource management
