Position: Event Manager job
About: Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to oversee the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This position involves managing product preparation, presentation, training, and providing exceptional service to Club members, with a focus on strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments; detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills; proven ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to exercise independent judgment; experience coaching and counseling employees; flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
