Position: Event Manager GAC Hospitality Group Nutley, NJ Interested Not Interested
About: The Hudson Rose, part of GAC Hospitality Group, is seeking a full-time on-site Event Manager in Nutley, NJ to plan, organize, and coordinate various events including birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, and more. The Event Manager will ensure smooth event operations and exceptional guest satisfaction through customized experiences and exceptional hospitality for both guests and the team.
Requirements: Experience in event planning and management; Strong organizational and project management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency with events and reservations software (Tripleseat, Resy, Toast, etc.); Problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Creativity and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field; Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
