Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in facility management, hospitality management, business, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in event management in a convention center, hotel, arena, or public assembly facility setting; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication abilities; proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure; problem-solving skills and attention to detail
