Position: Event Manager| Enmarket Arena
About: The Event Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of events at Enmarket Arena and the Johnny Mercer Theatre, working closely with third parties to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This position offers a yearly salary range of $44,000 to $59,000.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Technical degree from an accredited college/university/school; minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in facility events and operations management or equivalent degree in Sports and Entertainment Management; experience with Theater technical equipment and production preferred; flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays; knowledge of budget preparation and control; proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office software; familiarity with event operational characteristics, crowd management, fire and public safety regulations, and food service practices; self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; occasional travel may be required
