Position: Event Logistics Coordinator
About: The company is seeking an individual to fill the role of Event Coordinator at a theatre. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing group reservations, private screenings, and business events, coordinating equipment and catering, handling event invoices, and providing support during events.
Requirements: Some college (Associate’s, Technical, or Bachelor’s Degree); minimum of one-year theatre experience or two years of event planning/hospitality experience required; exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
