Position: Event Labor Coordinator
About: ABM, a leading provider of facility services and solutions, is seeking a full-time Onsite Event Labor Event Coordinator to perform various duties related to event set-up, breakdown, and janitorial work under direct supervision. The role involves working closely with the Labor Event Supervisor and Client Event Team to fulfill work order requests and maintain equipment inventory.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; no experience required, on-the-job training provided; no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required; Flexible 8-hour shift Monday-Friday to accommodate events schedule; Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; Diligence and attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly; Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team; Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment; Use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style; Any and all other duties as assigned
