Position: Event Guide, Event Operations

About: Responsible for assisting with the execution of internal and external Special Events, being responsible for managing all the equipment for each Event, and providing exemplary guest service. The primary duty is to act as ambassadors to Event Guests by welcoming them, communicating event flow information, and providing overall park directions.

Requirements: High school degree or GED preferred; Universal Orlando experience preferred but not necessary; strong interpersonal skills; ability to think on your feet; demonstrate park knowledge; equivalent combination of education and experience.
