Position: Event Experience Manager, Deloitte US Sponsorships
About: Deloitte is seeking a strategic and organized individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences to lead hospitality events as part of their national sponsorships program, providing exceptional client and practitioner experiences. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to develop and execute innovative concepts for large-scale events.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; 10+ years of experience in planning and executing global or national hospitality experiences, including managing large-scale sports events; experience in delivering complex hospitality programs with multiple vendors and stakeholders; ability to work in a virtual environment; limited immigration sponsorship may be available; ability to travel 0-10%, on average; preferred: prior experience delivering global multi-site hospitality programs, experience with golf and tennis corporate hospitality events, experience in managing a team within a matrix organization, excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills, high level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
