Position: Event Experience Associate
About: Zoo Knoxville is seeking an Event Experience Associate to provide a dynamic guest experience for guests in various settings through exceptional customer service and accurate job performance. This role involves working with the Event Experience Team, flexing between general event responsibilities and supporting birthday parties as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; dependable, honest, and positive attitude; ability to lift at least 25 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions; flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
