Position: Event Executive (Travel/Hospitality Client)
About: Octagon, a global sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing company, is seeking an Event Executive to join their team, responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs. The priority location for this role is Los Angeles, CA, with a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will support the execution of events for hospitality and travel clients, collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic global environment.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in an agency or events field; strong communication skills; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to travel domestically and work on weekends or holidays as needed; valid driver’s license required; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle new challenges
