Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service; knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso techniques; excellent customer service and engagement skills; attention to detail and presentation; proficiency in cash handling and using POS systems; ability to efficiently manage time and handle multiple orders; experience in a barista role preferred; effective collaboration and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
