Position: Event Coordinator, Stadium Operations

About: Built upon a storied legacy, the New York Yankees are seeking an Events Coordinator for Stadium Operations to assist in coordinating logistical and functional activities for non-baseball events. This role will contribute to maintaining the franchise’s first-class reputation in all aspects of business operations.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 1-3+ years of experience in operations and event planning; ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize quickly; ability to build and maintain rapport with service contractors, municipal emergency services, and event staff; knowledge of determining and coordinating logistical needs for large events, preferably in a sports stadium or event venue; proficiency with general office PC applications (e.g., word processing, TEAMS, Zoom, spreadsheets, databases); excellent written and verbal communication skills; job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail; willingness to learn and adapt to change; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an outdoor Stadium environment; experience with trade unions is a plus; understanding of CAD and building code is a plus
