Position: Event Coordinator (Seasonal)
About: Churchill Downs Racetrack is seeking an Event Coordinator for planning, organizing, and executing various promotional events and servicing internal and external customers. This temporary position is scheduled to begin in March 2025 and continue through June 2025.
Requirements: High school diploma required; college degree preferred; prior experience in entertainment, sports, or similar environments; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and communicate event visions; proficiency in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and able to multitask; familiarity with horse racing industry preferred
