Position: Event Coordinator – Raising Cane’s River Center
About: The Raising Cane’s River Center, operated by ASM Global, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Services Coordinator in Baton Rouge, LA. This position involves coordinating client needs with building staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of events at the center.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or meeting planning; customer/guest service experience; ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and work under pressure; proficient in MS Office Suite, Celayix Scheduling System, and E-Time Software; must be able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
