Position: Event Coordinator – Raising Cane’s River Center
About: The Raising Cane’s River Center, a prominent event venue managed by ASM GLOBAL, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Services Coordinator in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves coordinating client needs with building staff to ensure the smooth operation and proper setup of events, upholding facility rules and regulations, and overseeing event operations and outside vendors.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or meeting planning preferred; customer/guest service experience required; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure effectively; proficient in MS Office applications and scheduling software; capable of standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs; flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
