Position: Event Coordinator (part-time)
About: Colorado State University, located in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking an Event Coordinator (part-time) to provide strategic planning and oversight for key internal and external events within the College of Agricultural Sciences. The position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure successful event execution, including travel, weekend, and evening work.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, communication, or related field; OR completed bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hospitality, event/meeting planning, or related experience; demonstrated communication, organization, and complex problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work with diverse audiences and uphold CSU Principles of Community; valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one by employment start date; ability to accommodate a flexible work arrangement, including occasional travel, evening, and weekend in-person work.
