Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel is seeking Administrative Specialists to play a crucial role in the hotel’s critical functions. Administrative Specialists collaborate with all departments (e.g. guest services, engineering, food and beverage) to provide administrative support, ensuring smooth operations throughout the hotel. They handle tasks such as preparing documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, or presentations, acting as a liaison between the sales office and clients throughout the event process, and are essential in maintaining seamless operations within the hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to follow company policies and procedures; strong interpersonal and communication skills; physical ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds unassisted; flexibility to perform various tasks as assigned by supervisors
