Position: Event Coordinator job
About: LaSalle Network, a leading provider of direct hire and temporary staffing services, is seeking an Event Coordinator for a 4-5 month engagement to support a mentorship platform during a maternity leave coverage. This fully remote role involves coordinating and executing virtual and in-person events aimed at enhancing user experience and community engagement. Candidates must be open to working 75% in the East Coast time zone.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in event coordination, planning or management, preferably in a nonprofit, education, or professional services environment; experience with virtual event platforms like Zoom or Eventbrite is a plus; strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
