Position: Event Coordinator job

About: The Raising Cane’s River Center, managed by ASM GLOBAL, is currently seeking a detail-oriented individual for an event coordination role in Baton Rouge, LA. The position involves coordinating client needs with building staff to ensure the seamless operation of events at the center.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Two to three years of related experience in event coordination or meeting planning preferred; Customer/guest service experience required; Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and maintain effective working relationships; Strong organizational and time management skills; Proficiency in MS Office applications and scheduling software; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts; Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various physical tasks as needed.
