About: American Reflections Bath and Spa, a division of Bath Planet Missouri, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Event Coordinator who excels in taking initiative, independently seeking opportunities, and managing the event process from start to finish. This role offers the chance to develop and execute events aligned with company objectives, enhance brand visibility, and foster community engagement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of event planning, community building, or business development experience; proven ability to work independently and generate event ideas; entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and networking skills; ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines; experience with CRM, project management, or event tools is a plus; availability for occasional evenings/weekends based on event needs
