The company also provides special event services such as STEM Camps, Birthday parties, Corporate Tournaments, and virtual team building through Beat The Bomb Virtual, all aimed at ensuring a blast for every player.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in guest relations, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles; self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence; proficient with software platforms and detail-oriented; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or TripleSeat is a plus
