Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Legends/ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking an Event Coordinator for the Oklahoma City Convention Center. The Event Coordinator will coordinate all event preparation and performance aspects related to the facility for various events like banquets, conventions, sporting events, trade shows, and meetings.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; facility management or event management experience preferred; possess knowledge of building operations, maintenance, practices, and safety requirements; excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently, exercise judgment and initiative; flexible to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; work effectively under pressure and produce accurate results; excellent communication skills both oral and written
