Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Smart City Networks, the nation’s leading telecommunication provider for convention centers and meeting facilities, manages technology services for over 3,000 events annually, including Fortune 500 Company events and major tradeshows. With a team of over 250 nationwide, Smart City Networks’ Las Vegas headquarters houses national customer service, accounting, technology teams, and a Network Operations Center providing Internet security services. The Event Coordinator role involves close collaboration with show management, site management, and major customers to meet client needs and address sales and service issues on-site at assigned shows.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to multitask and handle interruptions professionally; exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills; professional presence
