Position: Event Coordinator job

About: Wooden Paddle is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring a seamless process for clients and internal teams. If you thrive on sales, excel in hospitality, and are known for your detail-oriented and organized approach, this position is for you!

Requirements: At least 2 years of professional sales experience; Experience in an equivalent Sales role, specifically in the Catering & Event industry, strongly preferred; A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or similar, a major plus!; Must be at least 21 years old; Must have open availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays; Must have the ability to work around 45 hours per week; Must have a valid driver’s license & sole access to a personal vehicle; Familiarity with Tripleseat, Toast, & Total Party Planner – a plus!
