Position: Event Coordinator job
About: Michaels Stores, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids birthday parties, within the L.RCK-MARKHAM store. The role aims to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for all guests while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless checkout process. Operational tasks such as truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store standards are also essential to uphold the company’s Brand Promises.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with children and organizing events; excellent communication and customer service skills; organizational abilities; retail or customer service experience required
